 Where do you source your biltong?

We make our biltong ourselves. Each and every pack comes from our little kitchen in South London, lovingly made by Ed and delivered to you by courier (who is also usually Ed), or Royal Mail if it's a bit further afield!

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

All of our biltong is made to order, so you can expect it arriving with you between 7-10 business days. Feel free to email Ed at edward.jeremy@batterseabiltong.co.uk if you need it delivered sooner for a special occasion, and we'll see what we can do!

How should I store my biltong?

We recommend keeping your biltong sealed and in the fridge, but you can leave it in a cool dry place for a few days if needs be.

How long will my biltong last?

You should enjoy your biltong within one month of delivery.

Can I customise my biltong?

People sometimes want their biltong to be a specific way (spiciness, thickness, moisture levels). We currently don't offer that service, but follow our Instagram page (@batterseabiltong) for updates if that is something you might like...
